Important Affiliate Information

• Anyone that tries to scam, game or cheat the system to win prizes and do refunds or chargebacks will be banned permanently, and no commissions paid. You cannot purchase through your own links, nor ask friends or family to.
• You agree to adhere to FTC guidelines and local laws when promoting our products and services.
• Contest starts on Monday 2nd October 2023 at 11AM EST and ends on Monday 9th October 2023 at 11:59PM EST.
• No minimum sales required to win prizes. Competition based highest gross sales revenues.
• Leaderboard is determined by the highest sales revenue generated.
• Teams of two affiliates only allowed.
• Any delivery, cross border shipping, administrative paperwork, transfer, registration fees and taxes, will be your responsibility. Alternatively, the cash value of a can be paid to you within 30 days after the competition (recommended for convenience).
• We recommend that you cloak your affiliate links in autoresponders and on social media.
• Do not send spam of any kind or junk traffic. Ad Fly, Traffic Monsoon, Safe Lists, or any of these types of “cheap and junk traffic” sources are worthless. Anyone caught doing so will be BANNED and commissions voided.
• NO NEGATIVE WORDS in your marketing allowed (i.e. “Is eCoverly a SCAM - Review”). If we find you doing it, you’ll be BANNED from promoting immediately.
• No cash rebates allowed..
• Sign up to the JV email list to get important affiliate updates.
• All prizes will be paid out 30 days after the launch competition ends.
• The total cost of any prize cannot exceed the cash value advertised in the contest.
• We recommend creating a bonus page with custom bonuses to differentiate yourself from other affiliates. This will greatly increase your conversions, as well as writing unique email swipes.
• Affiliates shall NOT create social media pages, channels or websites using the ‘eCoverly’ brand name, i.e. eCoverlySoftware.com. This is to prevent any abuse of our brand, intellectual property, and avoid customer confusion. Doing so will have your affiliate account terminated.
• Minimum affiliate commissions is set at 50% for the entire funnel. Commissions for frontend are regularly revised increasing upto 75% to reward our affiliates.
• You may not encourage nor ask for or show a person HOW TO REFUND their purchase from another affiliate in order for them to purchase the same product through you.
• You may not add our product - whether purchased through us or obtained in any other manner - and sell or offer it on any type of “membership” site where multiple people have access to this product for any kind of fee or arrangement. This constitutes theft of our intellectual property rights and considered FRAUDULENT and is cause for LEGAL ACTIONS.
• You shall NOT send emails out as "Ecoverly" nor impersonate us.
• Review Access is only available for affiliates who have made a minimum of 100+ affiliate sales on JVZoo, WarriorPlus or Clickbank.
